The LGBTQ+ Real Estate Alliance has released its annual LGBTQ+ Real Estate Top Producers list, recognizing 388 individual agents and teams for their outstanding production in 2022. This represents a significant increase of 51% compared to last year’s honorees. Supported by Sotheby’s International Realty, this unique ranking is the only one that acknowledges the top-producing LGBTQ+ and ally members in the real estate industry.
The notable Alliance members achieved an impressive $8.53 billion in sales volume and completed 15,919.3 transaction sides in 2022. PorchLight Realty Group with eXp Realty in San Diego, led by Mark Pattison, claimed the top spot on the team sales volume list, generating $431.6 million in sales. The EZ Referral Network with Keller Williams Citywide in Westlake, Ohio, previously the highest team producer for two consecutive years, slipped to second place with $383.1 million in sales. Nonetheless, they maintained their position as the leading team in terms of transaction sides, recording 1,280 transactions in 2022.
Among individual Alliance members, Shirley Gary of Ansley Christie’s Real Estate continued her reign as the top producer for the third year in a row. Gary achieved an impressive 263 transaction sides and $191.4 million in sales volume in 2022. Marissa Boyle with eXp Realty in Charlotte, North Carolina, secured the second spot with 185 transaction sides. Andrew Manning with Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices California Properties in Sherman Oaks, California, followed closely with $116.4 million in sales volume.
Erin Morrison, president of the LGBTQ+ Real Estate Alliance, emphasized the significance of the Top Producers list in recognizing the exceptional achievements of its members and highlighting the Alliance’s standing in the industry.
